A quick summary
PeptideForward is an independent education and matching service. Like many comparison and referral websites, we have financial relationships with some of the providers we connect people to. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission asks services like ours to make those relationships easy to see, and we agree that you deserve to know them. This page explains exactly how it works.
How we make money
When you use our eligibility check and we connect you with a licensed telehealth provider, we may receive a fee from that provider for the introduction. This is sometimes called a referral fee or an affiliate commission. We may have these arrangements with some, but not necessarily all, of the providers featured on the site.
In plain terms: if you become a patient of a provider we referred you to, we may be paid for having made that connection.
What it costs you
Nothing extra. Any referral fee is paid by the provider, not by you, and it does not increase what you pay for a consultation or treatment. You are always free to research providers on your own and work with anyone you choose.
How we choose who to show you
We aim to match you based on your responses, your location, and whether a provider is appropriately licensed, not based on who pays us the most. We do not sell top placement or rankings in exchange for higher fees. If that ever changes, we will update this page so the disclosure stays accurate.
What we are not
PeptideForward is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or manufacturer. We do not provide medical advice, diagnose, prescribe, or sell any medication. Educational content on the site is general information, not a personalized recommendation, and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed professional.
Why we tell you this
A financial relationship between a website and the products or providers it recommends is what the FTC calls a "material connection," and its Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) ask that such connections be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Beyond the legal requirement, we think transparency is simply the right way to earn your trust.
