PeptideForward
How it works

From a few questions to real care, simply.

PeptideForward connects you with licensed telehealth providers who can determine whether peptide or GLP-1 therapy is right for you. We don't sell medication and we're not a pharmacy, we make the path to legitimate care clear and easy.

The process

Four steps, start to finish

01

Tell us your goals

You start with a short, private intake, about five minutes. We ask what you're hoping to address (recovery, metabolic health, weight management, longevity, sleep), a bit about your history, and where you live, since provider availability is state-by-state. There's no cost and no obligation to see if you may be a candidate.

⏱ About 5 minutes
02

A licensed provider reviews

Your responses are routed to a licensed healthcare provider, never a salesperson or an automated approval. The provider reviews your information to assess whether therapy is clinically appropriate and safe for you. For some therapies, they may request baseline bloodwork or a brief follow-up before making any recommendation.

⏱ Typically reviewed within 24–48 hours
03

Get a personalized plan

If you're a candidate, your provider discusses options with you and, where clinically appropriate and legally permitted, prescribes a protocol. Prescriptions are filled by licensed pharmacies, including compounding pharmacies for eligible peptides. You'll always know what you're taking, the dose, and why.

✓ Licensed pharmacies only
04

Ongoing support & adjustments

Care doesn't stop at the first prescription. You can message your care team, adjust dosing under guidance, manage refills, and check in on progress. If something isn't working or you want to stop, your provider helps you do that safely.

↻ Refills & check-ins as needed

Designed to be safe, private, and legitimate

🔒

Your privacy

Your health information is handled with care and only shared with the licensed provider reviewing your eligibility. We're built around privacy-conscious, consent-first practices.

Legitimate channels only

Every match is a licensed provider, and every prescription is filled by a licensed pharmacy. We never direct you to unregulated or overseas "research" suppliers.

🩺

Real clinical judgment

Not everyone is a candidate, and that's the point. A provider may decline, suggest alternatives, or ask for labs first. Honest evaluation protects you.

Questions

Frequently asked

No. Completing the intake and being matched with a licensed provider is free. Any consultation or treatment costs come from the provider, and you'll see them clearly before committing.

No. We're an education and matching service only. We never sell or supply any medication. Prescriptions come from a licensed provider and are filled by a licensed pharmacy.

Yes. GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide are FDA-approved and can be prescribed today by a licensed provider for patients who meet clinical criteria, no need to wait on the 2026 peptide review.

A federal advisory committee is meeting in July 2026 to consider whether certain peptides should return to a compoundable status. No rule has changed yet, and any change requires formal rulemaking. Even if reclassified, those peptides remain prescription-only. We track developments on our updates page.

That's a normal and important outcome. A provider may determine therapy isn't appropriate for you, suggest alternatives, or ask for bloodwork first. We'll also keep you informed as options evolve, if you'd like.

Your responses are kept private and shared only with the licensed provider reviewing your eligibility. We follow consent-first, privacy-conscious practices throughout.
